Shipping and Delivery

Standard outbound shipping costs are FREE via the U.S. Postal Service We ship to many countries worldwide - if you don't see your country listed, please contact us! Once your order ships, you will receive an automated e-mail with tracking information. The typical wait time for your shoes to be crafted from scratch is listed on the View Cart page.  If you have a special event that you need shoes for, please contact us for a more detailed production estimate. 

With international orders please note, there is some variation between which services are available to which country, and there may be further delays at customs or due to other circumstances beyond Mohop's control. Although we've found USPS is the best option for avoiding surprise "brokerage fees", your country may charge additional taxes, handling fees and import duties that you will be responsible for, and that Mohop unfortunately has no control over. Please check with your local post office for further information. 

If you would like to change shipping services (i.e. UPS or FedEx) please contact us but please note you will be responsible for any additional charges.
